Operational skills with exhaustive knowledge

Efficient & tailored on-site solutions

STAPEM Offshore divers & riggers perform towing and change-out operations, on-site inspections and maintenance. These services include:

  • Regular preventive maintenance of offloading lines
  • Offloading line disconnection/connection
  • Transfer from SPM buoy connection to tandem connection
  • Hose replacement
  • Change out operation

 

Based on our know-how and synergies with our other activities (Marine, Diving, ROV), we are completely autonomous and we provide all means in compliance with IMCA recommendations to proceed successfully on operations.

Change-out operations

Change-out operations are planned according to the maintenance plan decided by our clients. Theses services include:

  • Onshore assembly operations on the ‘new’ offloading line
  • Assistance for towing the ‘new’ line from the onshore Site to the offshore site
  • Disconnection / connection of the old / new line on Site
  • Towing back the ‘old’ line to the onshore site
  • Dismantling operations on the old line
  • Cleaning and waste management
  • Repair works (if any)
  • Preparation for long term storage of the line
